Frank came 15 min prior to appointment to repair garage door . Expressed to me old Steel wheels were not rolling properly and catching , stopping motor. He replaced all wheels with new wheels (light ) rubber . Tuned up door . Reset remote controls . All smooth now ! Thanks

On Saturday afternoon (Halloween), I came home from work only to find out that my garage door would not open more than a few inches and then stop. I first thought it wouldn’t open because perhaps the sensors were misaligned, but then noticed the large spring above the door was broken. I texted Frank from Bullock Garage Doors around 6pm on Saturday (again Halloween) and received a reply text back within a few minutes of reaching out!! We set up an appointment the next day at 10am for him to come out and fix our door. In summary, Frank was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about garage doors. He identified several things about our garage door that most companies wouldn’t take the time to explain such as some bolts missing on the straps, bearings that were bone dry requiring lubricants, and why our garage door openers never worked to begin with. He never once try to “up-sell” anything and I thought the pricing was fair and reasonable. Frank even took extra time to help my wife and I install a new key pad I purchased at Home Depot! So, if you’re looking for a new garage door or just want to fix your old one, I’d HIGHLY RECOMMEND reaching out to Frank from Bullock Garage Doors!

Frank is pretty amazing. Normally I don't write reviews, but felt necessary to write one based on his work. He was out at my house within an hour and a half of me calling him to fix the wires that came off of both spools. He pointed out the other issues with the previous installation, not as an upsell but as to why it failed. He also observed the hardware was installed backwards causing the spool to rub on a bolt, he remedied the situation and replaced any other parts that were worn out due to the improper installation. The pricing was on par with what other companies charge, possibly too low considering the knowledge and speed at which he worked. Thanks for the quick service and would reach out again for any future needs.

Frank was great! He showed up in time, was professional, and friendly. Frank knows his stuff. He knew right away what was wrong, fixed it, explained it, and didn’t charge more than reasonable. He even gave me tips that made my door the quietest on the block! If I have another issue, I’m calling Frank first!
